Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Strobes platform and website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Service.
Strobes Security Inc. ("Strobes", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features or tools added to the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.
Description of Service
Strobes provides a Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform that includes Attack Surface Management (ASM), Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM), Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), and Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time for any reason without notice.
Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must:
- Be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
- Provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested.
- Be responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service.
Payment and Billing
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all materials therein, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to Strobes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or in any way exploit any of the content without prior written permission.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Limitation of Liability
Strobes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strobes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
